If for any reason, you’re not completely happy with your purchase, simply reach out within 30 days of your purchase date, and we’ll issue a full refund, no hassles, no hard feelings.

A Few Important Notes

• Services & Ad Spend: Any additional services such as custom design work, done-for-you social media management, or money spent directly on Facebook/Instagram ads are non-refundable. These are real costs and time already invested on your behalf.

• Completion of Service: Refunds apply to full services only. Partial completion or delivered services are not eligible.

• Bonuses: If your purchase included bonuses, their value may be deducted from your refund.

How to Request a Refund

Simply email us at support@localreachdigital.com with your order number and a short explanation. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

We encourage clients to dive into their purchase right away and give it a fair try within the first couple of weeks. That way, you’ll know if it’s the right fit for you.

At the end of the day, we stand behind our work. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
